Taipei Exchange (TPEx) announces that Mutto Optronics Co., Ltd. (code: 4950) failed to follow the Taipei Exchange Procedures for Verification and Disclosure of Material Information of Companies with TPEx Listed Securities, and failed to follow the Taipei Exchange Rules Governing Information Reporting by Companies with TPEx Listed Securities. Thus, TPEx imposes a breach penalty of NT$200,000 on the company.
